My sincere suggestion to everyone, if they've not been preparing, is to buy things (enough for at least 24 months, longer if you can) that you know you're going to use every single day.
Soap. Detergents. Deodorants. Toothpastes. Socks. Underwear. Etc.
Then storable foods... think freeze dry, but also longer term dry goods and cans.
Lastly, silver and gold.
While the inflation storm rages... any of the Federal Reserve Notes (paper dollars) you hold are going to be worth less and less... but wasting them on the above goods while you can buy them NOW is a good hedge against inflation. While other people are selling their stuff for CHEAP and will still exchange for the worthless paper, you can take advantage.
ALSO: MAKE SURE YOU'VE GOT A GARDEN!!! And if you can have chickens.. get some.

The next sentence is just as damning - blaming Congress on the inflation problem!
As if Congress doesn't do EXACTLY what the Fed and JP Morgans of the world want.
Unbelievable.
