I disagree that rates can settle above 3%. It's not our uncle's interest rate that it can settle wherever ... Rates are headed down. Massive debt can not be held at 3%
If the statement is that the rate will settle just above zero, then I agree. After that could meet the huge bust where rates go negative probably and we refinance ever debt and then rate start moving up
