I'm thinking The FED is upset that Congress is not "going big" so their answer to that congressional REBELLION is to raise the 10yr yield and crash this market.
Once Congress takes a gander at THE POWER OF THE FED they will comply and go with a $3- 4 TRILLION stimulus instead of a measly $1.9 TRILLION stimulus package.
