Those people charged to 'fix' the problems they engineered (and their foot-soldiers) won't get paid - bc it's no longer "worth their while". The Whites will get touchy about being genocided and will rid themselves of the Federal Reserve - and it won't be a secret false flag psy-op. Then the social order begins to evolve out of disrepair/disfunction - and sooner than you think.
