Lions and friends, I got a good question from Bull Daag regarding the MMRI.
He asks, “But What is the MMRI CATASTROPHIC NUMBER ?”
This was my answer.
There is no catastrophic number however, by observing the MMRI and taking in market action/reaction, we can determine that in the current environment 250 was the first line in the sand, (we crossed 250 and the market has reacted in a negative way since that time...) With that said, it appears again from looking at past data, that 300 is the next line in the sand.
