Lions and friends…
As many times as I have had to say this, it appears that I have to say it again.
The MMRI is NOT a “crash” indicator. The MMRI measures risk in the market in real time.
One could assume that the more risk, the more likely a crash will occur, however the market ALWAYS involves risk- even at low MMRI levels.
Understanding risk is critical for investors and traders.
With high risk can also come high rewards… however, with high risk an investor should consider possibly waiting for a less risky environment when adding to long positions.
Swing traders and intra-day traders could certainly benefit from a high risk environment.
Things to consider.
