People are loaded with cash folks. I mean it's epic.. So much money everywhere. No need to pay mortgage or rent so the cash is piling up. They are buying all of Amazon. Amazon is buying from China. China is getting hugely stimulated. See the lines of ships in Newport beach. It's EPIC
