Bought into it for three calls and sold for $50 profit. Will buy into it again tomorrow if it dips again. Don’t feel confident in this market. Don’t want to be around when the lights go out! 😂

It's not the premium, it's the time delay.

all of the premium you pay. If you don't know that, best not to trade it my friend.

I wasn't trying to criticize your question. Just making sure you didn't jump into a trade of that size without knowing. With a "call" like this trade recommended by Greg, your max loss potential is the premium you pay. So, this trade is trading for about $17-18, which means that one contract (or 100 share equivalent) will COST YOU about $1700 to $1800 to get in the trade. That is also your max loss potential. You can however SELL the contract before expiration with either a PROFIT if it goes above the strike price or a LOSS if it goes below the strike price. Much more to it than that, but that's it in a nutshell. it's a BIG trade for many of us, so maybe best to wait for a smaller risk trade so the downside potential is not as large. We assume Greg is trading with a LARGE trading account, so one contract of $1700 is not much for HIM, but may be a whole lot for others of us. Never really want to go in larger than 50% of your cash position on any one trade. Usually no more than 25% is advisable. Hope this helps.
