Lions.. I know that I have addressed this before, but its important.
When you BUY a call, you immediately have time decay working against you. Moreover, the option position you bought MUST move higher, relatively quickly, in order for a profit to be made- I believe that this is common knowledge.
Now.. if you are either a net SELLER of options, via a credit spread, or a seller of options, (selling puts in a bullish scenario), you immediately have time decay working FOR you.
Trading involves much more than simply buying calls and or puts, and as a trader YOU MUST KNOW all the tricks! And how to manage your positions.
I cannot stress this enough.. LEARN HOW TO SET UP CREDIT SPREADS AND SELL OPTIONS!
