As you may know…. I used to give specific information/advice regarding stock picks a long while back.

Unfortunately doing that got me in trouble with the SEC, not once, but twice. Some people took it upon themselves to report me/what I was doing to the SEC.

That was unfortunate as by and large my stock picks did perform well.

After that second time, and after talking to a lawyer friend of mine who advised me to stop, I have taken a BIG step back from offering any direct advice with regard to that.

HOWEVER… I am able to tell you what I am personally doing, as I just did earlier today with my JEPQ position.

The reason why I am putting this out now is I continue to be asked specific questions about a particular stock. Believe me, I would like to answer your questions, but I have to be VERY careful. There are people out there who are looking for ANY reason to start trouble for me.
