The same as what London is to England and the Vatican is to Italy.
The ONLY individuals that are required, by law, to pay Fed Income Taxes.....are those that reside in that 'country'......the District of Criminals. They have different LAWS, than AMERICA does.
I wouldn't set foot in that 'country' ('D.C.')!!
There ARE other Federal Reserve 'banks', in other states, that one could go and protest at.
Protests should happen, that day, at ALL Fed Reserve 'banks'!!
And the CRIME in the District of Criminals is OFF THE CHARTS!
