Lions! Here Is Another Strategy For Selling Puts.

Lions. I have heard from several of you who are having a hard time finding options to SELL which are close to 20% OTM expiring within 2 weeks.

You can play this another way, actually there are many other ways to play these, but here is another way you might like.

If you remain bullish on a particular stock(s), or are choosing from stock pick list, CLICK HERE: https://traderschoice.net/about-traders-choice/ you could sell puts against it- as you all know by now, I am generally a NET SELLER of options when I trade.

SELLING PUTS IS A BULLISH PLAY. That is you do not expect that the price of the underlying asset will hit the strike price that you sold. As long as the underlying price of the asset does not hit your strike price, you are sitting pretty.

Sell puts which expire around or close to 30 days out between 25 and 30% OTM.

When selling options, you SELL TO OPEN.

If the trade goes against you, its BUY TO CLOSE.

Keep in mind that if the trade plays out correctly, you simply allow it to expire- no need to BUY TO CLOSE.

Play with these things, paper trade first.
