They are going to crypto because the US has NO gold OR because there is NOT enough gold for their plans. No one person can direct the course that this world is on. The fiat system is dead, there is no arbitrage or value to be found. A profit can evaporate instantly and without notice. This will become common knowledge soon. According to the history provided to us, successful societies INVEST in building their societies. Can anyone say that we have done that for the last 35 years? I say 'NO'. How can I say that? Simply look at the character of our society. The values and morals of yesterday are no longer propagated by the 'adults in charge ... and dare I say they are non-existent. The foundational formula in life (and finance) is Time + Effort. My only advice is for people to re-evaluate their values, morals, and priorities. As Greg says, 'Love each other'. I would add, love your opportunity to live. Life may become rather difficult soon, but the one thing that will preserve your well-being is your beliefs. This is not academics, this is life. You only have one. Do not try to hold onto something leaving, hold onto what you have. Money is NOT everything, produce value through your skills, time, and effort.. Be a good human being, expect the same for those you surround yourself with. And mostly, remember that life is soooo much more than what 'they' advertise. Peace and Patience.
