9 out of 10 things this government does can be cut, so odds are in favor of cutting without knowing any details. In this particular case, HIV was man made so its all bullshit about having a prevention program. I can replace that entire program with this: "To prevent your immune system from being compromised, don't take any vax." Free of charge for that one.
Fauci was directly involved in the entire HIV scenario, which played out in the EXACT same way as the COVID fraud. That includes his support in approving ineffective and deadly drugs; AZT for HIV and Remdesivir for COVID. The magnitude of the fraud/crimes perpetuated by government against the people and the harm they have inflicted cannot be overstated. It's not a theory. This is a long video, but it illustrates the modus operandi of the criminals.
