I don't really buy the 'bank run' narrative. 90%+ are oblivious to the systemic banking issues that are coming to the precipice here.
I think they're putting it into T-bills if anything. PMs as well. It's not because they worry about bail-ins or something - it's more about protecting purchasing power.
