Lions and friends…
There is a real estate trend happening which very few people are talking about and here it is.
People are leaving the west coast of the United Stares in record numbers, and a big part of this is an historic drought.
There is a massive exodus of people moving from the west, going south-east, and many are moving to Florida.
If you are even remotely thinking of relocating, perhaps to Florida, check out my friends Michael and Courtney Chenkus. They have a fantastic and very informative YouTube blog which I think you will enjoy, I have personally watched all their videos.
Here is a link below, (Click On The Picture). Please subscribe to their channel and tell them that “Greg Sent You!”
Or shoot them an email contact@chenkus.com
I've heard about this. I'm a native Arizonan and sold my house a year ago. I won't consider buying in AZ again due to this very same issue. It's not just the weather but is also the politics around water as well as overuse of the river.
As a FL resident for 20 years, and a more conservative person, try Citrus County. Pasco sucks, Hillsborough and Pinellas have lots of problems.
