Credit cards and other debt have been used to mask a recession that never ended for the worker since 2008 in real terms. Now that inflation is far far outpacing wages, it can not be hidden.. it is unsustainable. The difference between your wage and what it costs t o live is now called "your credit card" rather than "your retirement savings"

I have never had a credit card, and I never will! I have always managed to live within my means. It has meant going without at times, but I'm debt free for the most part.

Nothing wrong with a card as long as you pay the balance in full immediately.

If they're going to give you cash back, why not take it?

I use cards all the time and pay them all off immediately

I have never desired to collect all the Trinkets, and Bobbles, that most people just have to own. Those do not bring me any joy. I don't see any reason to go into debt chasing things I don't want, or need.

Yes, those small businesses not destroyed by Trump's lock downs. Now according to Alex Jones THEY are planning the same scam this autumn. Never, never cooperate with the bastards.

robert stiles please think for your self and stop watching CNN, the USA was not the only country that was in lockdown..

By April 2020, about half of the world's population was under some form of lockdown, with more than 3.9 billion people in more than 90 countries.

I'm debt free. All my property is owned free and clear. And here in Thailand there are virtually no property taxes. I can live on Social Security Income peacefully. I don't know why people get themselves in these horrible debt slave positions.

Have you read anything about the 7 year jubilees the money handlers would offer in ancient times? Have you read anything about Muslims making interest a criminality? Have you ever stopped to think about why? Here's why - it's called the Exponential Factor and it's a real thing. Your overlords know it well and everyone ought to know it because if you don't you can easily get caught in its trap. It's the same as compounding and a phenomenon that is real. Here's Dr Albert Bartlett who explains it exponentially well in 9 mins:: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFyOw9IgtjY

Greg. I have the answer to all this debt. All those that voted democrat need to be taxed by 90% more to pay for all the bad decisions made by Biden but Trump voters only 10% tax. This is why. If you hit people in the pocket book votes will change dramatically and vote in a way to help the economy instead of against it. Thoughts?

The Federal Reserve could print enough to pay off the deficit!

The U.S. Treasury could print currency, and back it with silver. Wait! That's already been tried, and they murdered the president in revenge.

Just a heads up, when banks begin to fail or need money, someone will hack my charge account and run up $1,000 or more in charges. In 2008 that happened to me with Chase Card. They backed the charges out. They said they could see the charges were coming from out of state. Now, Citi bank is doing the same thing allowing someone to run up a $2,500 dollar debt on my credit card. I have to go through each charge and dispute them. The credit limit on the card is $2,000. I think it is a total scam, being run by the banks.

The outlook of the FED;

AKA-Pareidolia:

The tendency for perception to impose a meaningful interpretation on a nebulous stimulus, usually visual, so that one sees an object, pattern, or meaning where there is none.

I have been saying that for 2 Years! It’s about time someone other than me have noticed. Since inflation is no longer calculated the same way the rule of 2 consecutive down months ago do not apply.
