In your opinion, should ANY corporation with a value of over $45 BILLION dollars, with CASH ON HAND of over $8.5 BILLION dollars, get an AWARD courtesy of the American people for $179 MILLION? (In this case we are talking about a MEGA corporation, BIG Pharma Moderna).
