You must understand that ALL indicators used are lagging/follow-up indicators, i.e. they show the respective trend in the selected time unit. For example 5 minutes or 1 day or 1 week. They are not used to catch highs or lows. It is a trend following system.
I have never traded options before so as I study this are we looking at 3 months option for like todays price of say $360. So I would purchaser the option to call at $360 in 3 months? Since we expect the market to fly high?

you literally just click on the meter on Greg's website. try it it will load a web page to trading view with his seting all setup

Where can we learn how to interpret this chart to derive trade signals ? I see there's a 15 minute data delay, could be problematic ... (?)
