Don't beat yourself up! Crypto is still in its infancy so you have time to recalibrate your thinking, make a plan, and take advantage of the bear market with stocks and crypto at bargain prices. Millionaires are made in bear markets, if you are wise! Take the attitude that you never lose - you either win or learn from your mistakes! Furthermore, if you don't sell your stocks or crypto you don't lose, unless they go to zero like Terra/Luna. HODL your Bitcoin and other cryptos, and keep DCA into assets that will appreciate over time, i.e.) silver, gold and other precious metals, real estate, and some Bitcoin and other cryptos, but you need to understand what you're investing in. Ask a few questions before investing in stocks or crypto: Who is leader of the management team, and who are the key players? You got to know who is running the company and their track record. Look for a management team that has a long track record of successes that outweigh the losses. Has the team been in this sector of the market before? What do the fundamentals, (balance sheets and income statements) look like? What do the technicals look like? How long has the company been in business? Who are their competitors? Does the stock/crypto have a use case? What does it do? Does it solve a real world issue? How many tokens can be issued, (Bitcoin only has 29 million, and some other tokens are in quadrillions)? If you are an "investor," your time horizon for buying stocks/crypto is 5-10 years or longer; you are a "trader" when you invest short term, less than 5 years! And you are a "speculator" when you choose to buy a stock or crypto you know nothing about with the intention that it will moonshot! That's not investing nor trading, that's pure speculation - gambling at its worst! Be wise! Invest first in yourself and in your financial education, then you can "invest" in stocks and crypto with confidence, and not gamble your money away! You are the most valuable asset you will ever invest in, and when you do invest in yourself, it will pay you great dividends for your entire life, for your life and financial future is determined by the choices you make everyday, throughout the day! Stay strong and be vigilant! Choose wisely! Blessings abound, and by God's grace, the best is yet to be!
Damn, that a nice car. Unfortunately, my current financial situation only allows for a purchase of a high mileage Pinto or maybe a Gremlin. No Yugos please.
