The headwinds for the banks are insane..I truly thought you switch directions. If you really believed in this trade you would be pushing "buy the dip".

Hey Jim, Dark Pool activity is good in this sector (i.e. institutional buying). I have the ability to monitor different sectors. Agreed there is a headwind, but tremendous value.

Greg: I'm all in for investment club @50 however it would be nice to see you set up for Mastercard payment. I'm not comfortable using Pay Pal. Even E transfer, so you can avoid those gouging MC fees. No Pay Pal though. Cheers. Thanks for the update on your position.

Greg The Man - You have placed emphasis on the dividends we get with certain stocks. Always good advice. Is there a level of stock price loss where the dividend fails to make up for the loss in stock price? Even though I like stocks paying strong dividends, I know there must be a time when a strong yield fails to keep me in the game and the stock is a loser.

The only risk I could see would be derivatives counterparty risk with the weak European banks, but you are 100% right that it would be reflected in the bond market.

Had a chat with my Merrill Lynch rep; he is baffled as to why BAM backed down from 50. Did some research on websites and they said BAM may have taken a hit on shorting silver. We will see...After they report, will up my position.
