Awesome post!! The mind set is the simple most important thing I find.. I still have my days like everyone else and sometimes need to use the weekend to regroup and gather my thoughts and reflect.. I know this though that I have been following your newsletter since you started it and your book and this newsletter has made a world of difference not just in trading, but confidence and personal life and mindset!
