The USS Florida, an Ohio-class cruise missile submarine, transited the Suez Canal on Sunday and joined the strike group led by the aircraft carrier Eisenhower in the Red Sea. Officials from the Biden administration were quoted implying to Iran and Hezbollah that if they were to attack on Israel, the U.S. is prepared to take military action. US B-1 Bombers are also carrying out flyover missions in both Lebanon and Syria as a show of force. The US continues to fly military drones over Gaza.
