The cost for building materials is rising at its fastest pace on record, that is according to the Commerce department. With that, real wages, which is what people are earning VS inflation, continues to fall.
US manufacturing, according to the US supply management, has fallen deeper into contraction.
All this is being compounded by the fact that system liquidity is drying up, RAPIDLY…

I'm in the building materials field, I'll have to run the numbers in the next few days and see how much our Square Foot pricing goes up. We've been relatively flat over the last few months, rises in some products have been offset by decreases in others.
