I must be doing sth wrong, if you made 4% profit on down sliding option. by my calculations u must have bought it at $3.91-$3.92 when within minutes of the tip off price did not go below $4.65. What am i doing wrong here Greg?
Obviously anyone trying to trade on TOS has once again been screwed this AM with the desktop platform down AGAIN!! I was lucky enough to get out of MSFT with a small profit, but lost half my profit on SLV due to latency and lock up of TOS. Is it just me or is trading on TOS website SUCKS!! Beyond slow. TD Ameritrade is losing my trust....BIG TIME. Others having the same problems??
Anyone else going to take the L on MSFT today. I didn't add to my position last week, so currently about 4% down. Just went in on one contract so no real harm done. No gripe from me, Just looking for some guidance or opinions!
Personally I’d hold and not sell at a loss. These are long termed calls and in except assets (stocks) to continue rising. The dollar is getting murdered...
Hi Greg, congrats on your profits! I'm just a cub here and I was wondering if you just use market orders when you place a trade? If not, would you be willing to post the fill price as well? Of course, not the size, just the price. I'm asking because I am under the impression that some people may actually be losing money when you take small gains. They might be jumping in too late, when the setup is gone... Thanks for everything you do!
He definitely made it clear to not settle for market orders, but I'm A-ok taking a bit less gain,or slightly more loss if it's a good time to exit, and I don't want to get in a position where my order doesn't fill and I'm in even worse shape. Would love to see his fill price though. I assume he doesn't want people too reliant on him and I know he encourages people to think about his trading style and try to understand his strategy.

I just went to tdameritrade.com when TOS wasn't working. I didn't have any issues there.
