Have any of you been into a Ross lately? The Ross's where I live have EMPTY shelves, literally empty. I took video. TJ Maxx...totally stocked. I went to Ross the DAY the reopened and there was nothing in there. It was creepy. I asked and employee where the product went and she said "they sold out", which is bullshit. I went to 3 other Ross stores in my area and the same thing, empty. A week later when TJ Maxx opened, I waited in line to get in and they were filled to the brim with stock. I went back to Ross...still empty and they were empty again as of yesterday. Walmart's here have plenty. Something is going on with Ross.
Can anyone check out their local Ross and check in here? May be a short play here.
So the ladies at my work told me the 1st day Ross reopened there was a massive line and they sold out within hrs. Supposedly the same out in Sacramento; however after reading your account I'm now not so sure. I'm inclined to think Chapter 11 bankruptcy is in Ross's future. It's all from China so who knows maybe they can't acquire inventory.
"Being smart" is adhering to being herded into prison as we give up our rights "to be safe". "Being smart" is a lot more powerful than you realize and it's actually "being dumb" and shuffling into prison.
People at WMT here in Folsom, CA are now relaxing on masks too. Seems as though people are generally over it. I'll keep wearing a mask myself, but I've never liked or agreed with "Social Distancing"; and after all of the protests & riots I'm pretty much done w/that BS unless I'm at work or a business that insists on being assholes about the whole thing. Cheers be safe!
I've been waiting to enter COST since you initially posted on 4/27 since I didn't like the looks of it back then (just chart intuition, no other basis). I bought Oct $310 calls today as it hit the .5 Fib level and support at about $297 once I saw the 10yr start to rise.
Hello Greg, If you watch WMT and TGT they are like following each other now within a point
or so. I call them the twin retail peas in a pod. I think that the retailers like Costco and TGT
did better during the lock downs. Now all retail is opening up. WMT of course is the slaggard
of all stores. Go to one and see how the people in them are so not doing smart covering their
faces and hands. They walk around within two inches of each other and no basic policy. Whether
you believe in the virus or not, being smart is always better than being a stupid cow with no
protection on. Target had distancing and mask requirements so did Costco. Plus people were
buying their stuff online from Costco as well so I think Costco though overpriced will do well
and so will TGT. WMT? You even look at their stock of stuff to buy all gone because it is from
China and I think China ain't sending as much "stuff" here any more so the WMT's are becoming
empty shelved Johnnies. Look at their computer, tv stock, bike stocks, etc. all kapoot! Maybe
this is the what they all were talking about with the debt US owes to China, the gold we leased
from China and didn't return, etc. so now they produce just about everything so they can reduce
stuff coming here to the US and we don't have crap for production lines whether defense or
consumer goods. So, that's why you have to play calls on retail because those are the only
sheeple games in town anymore except tech stocks which of course produce the bulk of their
crap in China as well. Boeing is in China now, Tesla in China, etc, etc. so how do any Western
Nations or the US Citizens think this is going to end well? I'm sure there also scarfing down as
much silver and gold reserves as possible as we sit here twiddling our thumbs and "consuming"
like sheeple. So sad. Make America Great Again?!! Where? TGT, WMT, CTSC, MSFT, etc. I'll bet
on gold and silver an those stocks all the time and anytime because the rest of the world is
using these things as "currency" to buy their stuff with.

They let you out of prison on a daily basis?

The Dow is deflating a little at 12:47PM EST. A second wave of Corojo is a media stunt. Time is on our side.
how long will this stunt last? til they say "oh look over here!" and everyone forgets we are in a second wave of a non-existent virus.
WMT it was returning higher, but a stupid article on Yahoo finance mentioned WMT as one to watch in June...so it got reset.
