It looks like oligarchy to me with a few rich at the top and many poor at the bottom but I’m not sure I can find a word to describe this ugly environment.

HI Gregory. I'm trying to follow the hedging strategy you outlined yesterday. If I'm understanding it correctly, I should be buying Puts for 2/28 on SPY at about $460, which is roughly $2200 per option. But XLE $72 calls on the same date of expiration is <$1/option. One is a mere fraction of my portfolio, whereas the other is about 10%. Am I misunderstanding this?

A flawed monetary and financial system. Obviously, the few rich people at the top will not try to fix this flawed system, because they are the ones who benefit most from it.

It's the species, Greg. Since we're intent on destroying each other, and ourselves, I think Darwin would say that we're soon to become a failed species. Arrogance comes before the fall.

I don't think it's a game Greg. Listen Russia has already sent 40 war ships to the shores of

Ukraine, nuclear submarines and about 130,000 troops, tanks and Russian Fighters. Meanwhile,

the US is sending troops like 101st Airborne Division etc. to East Europe with fighters and

Bombers that are nuclear capable, F-22's, F-35's, anti tank and anti aircraft surface to air

and ground based hand held weapons and so has Britain. You now have 17,000 mercenaries

in Ukraine as well whether it's for training Ukranians or actual fighting that's up to the readers

research. As far as Russia, they already have arms deals with their associated states and likewise

so does US and/or NATO. Did you see the news of "even more satellite and payload" rides

going up by Spacex and how they are making money on these payloads into space. That's

millions and millions of dollars each time plus the "payload" so something major is going on.

And then as per US Space Force that's still ongoing then you add the Gary Mckinnon information

on top of that and you have quite a big ball of wax. (*Gary Mckinnon- British hacker who

hacked into Defense Dept. several years ago watch his testimony and find out info. You always

stated to "follow the money". Well, if the money is going into space, gold and underground

bunkers stored with 20 years of food, etc. then you know the real line is well beyond the surface

waters.

Zio-Neocons vs. Zio-Neolibs. The Ukrainian-Russian Wargame is a giant banking transaction.

No change in strategy required. Fear and greed equal business as usual on Wall and Broad.

Take a peek at Victoria Nuland’s portfolio. That would be a helpful indicator. 😀

Are you familiar with 1984? Trump is like Goldstein. He will always be hated. Trump played his role well. He fooled and continues to fool the right wing masses. It’s a tough pill to swallow but Mannarino got it right before the election.

Indeed and many of my conservative friends still beLIEve. Divide and Conquer is the game. They play both sides for fools and anyone still voting these days certainly is. Puppet Trump will most likely be told to run in 2024 since he is so divisive. Good distractions give the psychopaths cover while they rob us and take away our rights.

I just had a thought on today's Fed meeting. They are going to announce an increase in the interest rate. Market will respond positively, and a whole lot of small nvestor money is going to move into the market. Later this week, Russia will invade Ukraine and the market will respond negatively, and another transfer of wealth from the small investor, aka the middle class, to the elites will occur. Thoughts?

I posted this on yesterday's conversation thread also, will be checking both, so only need to answer in one. Thank you for any help-

I looked into following tis strategy. The 2 week calls for XLE were relatively cheap, less 0.5% of my portfolio value, makes sense... However, the 5% OTM puts on SPY are 26x's more expensive than the calls on XLE, if I'm understanding what Gregory explained. This does not seem like a good insurance policy, would be more than 20% of my overall portfolio value for a 2 week insurance policy. Am I doing something wrong? Please help!

No PB&J, you're not doing anything wrong. Just ask Greg for clarification and he will give you an answer. Hope that helps. 😃
