Guys I'm in NY , I'm no Crypto expert but I set up 2 accounts 1 with Coinbase and then a wallet (Atomic wallet) so I can take it offline . basically I will transfer $ to my coinbase then send it to my wallet where i can buy DASH (I did this when coinbase delisted XRP because I basically couldn't do anything with my XRP in coinbase) hope this helps
Yes , Just send from coinbase to the address of the same coin on your wallet (Copy and paste the address) in the case of Cash you would covert it 1st into USDC (USD coin) on coinbase which is 1 for 1 in cash , then send it that way to your USDC address of your wallet
