instead of posting 2 videos every single day, it will very valuable if you can once do a video explaining your strategy in a simple a concise way. Thanks again for your excellent work

Thanks again Greg, always worth repeating, I pick up something new every time I listen to you. (Plus putting this into action to learn from experience - I was assigned NVDA when the market dropped and my OTM puts expired. I wanted the stock anyway but it needs to go up a lot more for me to break even - I think you recommend 40% OTM.)

Do you have to own a 100 shares of said stock or have quite a bit of capital in order to do this?

Normally you have to own 100 shares but sometimes mini options are available where you only need 10. If you want to sell options without owning the stocks (uncovered selling), you will need a lot of capital. For exemple, my bank wants me to have 100k.
