The changes are great and the newsletter concept is exactly what you needed.
I would be doing 2 things from here.
1. Changing the platform the website is made in or getting someone professional to design it in a way you can maintain it yourself
2. Making each newsletter easy for people to share with icons on the bottom of every newsletter of every social media
That's excellent. I was trying to bounce back and forth last week. This is much better.
