Love watching the videos with Chuck and Greg because they’re informative and helpful. Seriously I just love them !!! I like to listen to Mike Adams as well.
I’m going to stock small bottles and large bottles of whiskey because that’s the one thing I do not use very often and if shtf I know without a doubt I could trade whiskey.
He finally has the sound right. Today it was much better than yesterday.
I bought Ivory bar soap with the idea of using it for barter some months ago. I only wish that I had bought a lot more. I think Chuck is right with that idea.
I recall reading a story about 2 boys that found a case of soap during the 1920's hyperinflation in Weimar Germany, and traded it for an entire factory.
Anything such as that is possible in such an economic environment. I'm simply thinking of common use durable or nonperishable items that can be used for barter when economic conditions get really bad. Ammo in popular calibers is another barter item. Long shelf life food items such as vacuum packed dry roasted peanuts, canned sardines in olive oil, canned wild red salmon, and spaghetti are others. Real honey is excellent because it never goes bad. I highly recommend choosing items that you can use yourself if you don't use them for barter.
Bush's packed low sodium black beans in cans with white lining. I opened a can that was more than 8 years old, and the beans were perfect. I bought some more at Walmart, and there is no longer a white lining in the cans, so I doubt that they will keep as long. I know that canned wild red salmon will also keep at least 8 years beyond the "best by" date. As for Planters dry roasted peanuts vacuum packed in glass, I kept some stored for more than 37 years. The peanuts were good when I opened them, no stale taste.
You're welcome. I think all of the details are important: dry roasted, vacuum packed in glass. All of those foods were stored out of the light but where it gets well up into the 90s during summer. I'm pleased that there are foods that are still good after years of that.
An Italian friend had me over for Thanksgiving dinner one year. She had whiskey-glazed pecan halves on top of the crust, below the filling, of pumpkin pie. That is truly in the delicious category, too.
Same thing happening here (NZ) as regards the housing market. Days to sell has gone up, not a huge amount yet but still up, number of houses on market is at least double what it was a year ago and many are not bothering with keeping their houses on the market.
Housing in NZ is the most overvalued asset class around. Just as it is in Las Vegas, San Francisco, London or Vancouver. In fact it's the most manipulated asset class outside of that ridiculous bitcoin shitcoin.
A very good point made by Chuck. “ Our Government needs to stop helping us”. This politics “help@ they give us only serves there political purpose. Does nothing to help the issue in gave makes it worst. JB get your perverted nose out of my life!
Thank you Chuck for your video, and thank you Greg for leading all of us and the passion and drive you both have to state the facts and truth. Hear the LIONS ROAR!!!
Am germanDax long and multiple stocks long. Don't see good opportunities for shorts at the moment. Even the down potential for BTC is low imo, maybe 17k or 15k, but will not speculate on this, am still expecting new ATHs in BTC. Later it may go down to Zero, possible.
People spend on credit cards. Highways here in So Cal are packed more then pre plandemic people trying to make ends meet. Gas prices are starting to have a dampening effect imo.
No one cares? I hear people everyday in my area and friends in the east coast complaining about gas prices. Maybe you live in a bubble and are wealthy but many are struggling. I mentioned credit cards because that’s what allows most to do the extras by increases their debt. Most owe 10k plus on cards. More people in poverty and homeless LA in particular has a sad and terrible homelessness issue. I’m in London now visiting family and they have public transportation options so gas is an issue but outside of cities that are more car dependent. Of course people where in hold during the plandemic and are spending for now but that does not mean it will be sustainable. Agendas still moving forward courtesy of the cabal.
I disagree on most of your claims. You seem out of touch with reality out in the streets. That’s just cruel and wrong to say homelessness is a choice! Two cars.. people have car loans banks love to get people in debt. Needed on a shitty economy where two incomes are needed in most locales to live a modest middle class life.
Beans, beans and more beans. Dry peanuts too! 🥜 🥜 🥜

Do you think there may be a supply issue with soap?

Omg I had no idea peanuts would last that long !!! Thank you for your suggestions!!!

I do use whiskey in some things I cook sometimes. Like desserts with pecans.
Yum, sounds delicious!
Best baked pecan pies and cakes ever with whiskey !!!

Larry Tate did a big slurp at 8:45. I had to end the video.
Memo to Larry Tate: save your slurping for when you're not on a live microphone.
Am Daxlong with a second position now @ 13,098
Think germanDax NOW @ 13,065 has seen it's bottom for a while.
stocks up today.

I've looked at Germany's house prices 1920s to 1930s. I don't agree.
Yes I have considered that. In real terms I think the house prices will come down. Maybe not in $ terms.

A Good One by Chuck. 👍
Loved the idea of carrying a bar of soap once “it” really hits the fan. (coming way sooner than anyone is comfortable with).
Barter sure Works when folks are hungry . So be ready for it.
Thank you Chuck for your insights 😁
Worst business ever imo is AirTravel. Shorting is fun.
Some time I will short Insurance Companies.
Not any more when they refuse/are unable to pay-out (bankrupcy).

The answer is simple: Chart told me to do.
reading charts is my business.

Who and where are the people "loaded with cash"? And where does this money come from, if no one has to work?
Exactly. Let’s see what answers you receive from the comment that made no sense.
