Hi Greg - I'm new to your newsletter, so bear with me. When you say we should go "long" on these positions, does that mean a year out or so?

Long means you bet that an asset will gain in value. Short means you are betting they will fall in value.

Thanks Greg! I know what short and long is, but what timeframe do you choose when placing spreads or naked calls and puts. I noticed yesterday, your trade for SLV was a year out.
