I find it interesting they got gold back below $1800 & silver back below $24, key resistance & support levels. No problem Ctrl-PRINT doesn't work forever....although I could be dead first! As for the stonk market, all these so-called 'rallies' are nothing but bear-market dead cat bounces. It will be MANY months after the wished for pivot arrives before we reach the bear market bottom.

In the past few days my equity portfolio, wisely only 20% of all investable assets, has gone from an acceptable low single digit loss for the year, to looking like a dirty bomb went off. A couple year long stellar performers, with ex divedend dates of yesterday, were crushed just before the date, and annihilated today. In my mind, the pros had advance warning and hence the massive sell off before the ex dividend date. Given that one of the equities was paying a special dividend of $2 per share, on top of the regular dividend, there was no reason for the sell off before the ex date. But apparently there was.
I’m smelling full capitulation at hand. My timeline is forever, since I am 67 and have positive cash flow of 2k per month. But it’s tough to watch.
Even my 3% leveraged short on SPY hasn’t come close to mitigating the damage.

You mention time and again about the MMRI/ten-year yield going up by 2,3, or 4 points is something we need to watch. Is this an increase in a day or a week or a few days? Or something else? Or is it any of these options? Lots to consider here from our leader!
