Green arrow = BUY and, red arrow = SELL? Can you do a quick video tutorial on this chart? I know, I am probably asking for too much, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

For options I use tos (thinkorswim platform) and for futures I use Tradestation.
And FOREX....MT-4.
