My whole focus to remain healthy in spite of being in a 73 year old body, is to keep the immune system very strong. I take 12,000 MG of Vitamin C daily, and I take rishi and other mushroom powders, zinc, spirulina, alfalfa etc. Food supplements are a lot less costly than one visit to a doctor or hospital. Also the past year I am getting Ozone by IV monthly. I am a 100% vegetarian, (we do take cheese, yogurt, etc), and we do not use any drugs, smoke, drink alcohol, etc. I walk about 50 Km weekly, mostly on the golf course!
Never was a concern of mine. All diseases and sicknesses that will be were already here and were always here. No new diseases just more unhealthy bodies. Weaker immune systems make it look like new more severe diseases.

Anyone have ideas of practical application?
