Long been aware of the way our gov’t turned it’s back on one of the most vulnerable populations in this beautiful country. It’s truly sickening, they just shifted people who need help mostly to a life of homelessness/incarceration or even worse, death. Here in Massachusetts, many if not all of the mental institutions were converted to apartments run by the Avalonbay Communities Inc. company.
More attention need be to the plight of the drug- addled, mentally/physically unwell, and homeless in our society. I’ll have to look in to Kensington, think that might be the area of Philly that I seen videos of on TV before. Absolutely soul sucking to learn more about.
And, sadly, for the most part, the medicated, immature American public, sit idly by in a pool of drool with its perverbial thumb stuck firmly in its mouth while the envy of the world swirls down the drain of despair, suffering, godlessness and poverty. As President Reagan prophetically spoke, it will take only one generation to bring this country down. Will these traitors ever be held to task?
