Thanks Greg, and the 10 year yield continues even higher along with WTI crude oil!!! 10 year yield at 1.917% and WTI at $92.82, and the DXY up .25% to 95.58. This is all to be expected to rise with interest rate increases, but just as long as they don't move too high too quick!!! I would expect the 10 year yield to soon reach 2.25% to 2.50% in a higher base interest rate environment.

Thanks for keeping us ahead of these wild markets, and I'm absolutely SMOKING IT buying the dips!!! Ripping & Shredding!!!

Greg, will we be seeing the MMMRI anytime soon?

It would be nice to see both numbers. Couldn't hurt.

Greg, please make us a “Crash Indicator” as well! You are the best!! 🥰

I like that you wrote that your MMRI is a risk indicator not the crash indicator. Otherwise I know that you would have designed your indicator like that to begin with. 😎

I’m sorry but I’m confused. Usually the higher risk means higher reward. The MMRI is a market risk indicator not a crash indicator. So what what does low to high risk indicate?

I am glad you brought that up! VERY good observation Sir. Yes, more risk can mean greater rewards- we just have to be mindful that greater risk can also lead to larger losses...

Greg, You are fantastic!! Im sure you've heard of David Hunter's theory of a 40% melt up starting

in the last few days. Do

you think the 10 year is moving higher because money is coming out of the debt market to take advantage of the risk on environment of the stock market, then return to the debt market in which the 10 year will retreat? Thanks for all that you do for us!!

Hey Greg, where do you find all the time for all your blogs? Thanks for all your effort, Show your support everyone!

I like the MMRI "risk" indicator as is, if everyone wants to see a "crash" indicator they can go to the M MMRI.

"risk" the chance or probability

"crash" move or cause to move with force

Are you going to modify the MMRI to the Nobody Special Finance guys version? The MMMRI? 😬 His take is quite compelling.

I believe buying all of these dips will be an epic mistake. If you refer to the MMMRI we are in the disaster zone currently and should have been selling months ago.

You won't change to the MMMRI cause your eagle is too big to accept change if something is better and you didn't think of it. You are as bad as a politician

My "eagle" is too big? I do have 3 dogs, but no eagle. Jacks modification to the MMRI is really good, henceforth why I directed my entire following to see his work- so much for my "eagle." Anyway the MMRI in its current form works...

Now that’s just too funny!!!

Hilarious!! never knew Greg owned a Eagle not just any Eagle but a big Eagle 😆🤪

I wish you would have both indicators on your site. Not having it creates confusion.
