Greg, this has been an on going issue especially in the crypto space. YouTube clearly allows this to happen on their platform and is essentially responsible in my opinion. Is there anyway we can bring a class action law suit against YouTube?
The problem goes beyond YouTube. All these centralized platforms do this and do little to fight these spammers. They obviously have a strong economic interest in doing so, otherwise they would have acted for a long time.
For every one cockroach you smash there are 100 more behind the wall waiting in the wings to take its place. It's just a matter of time.

Therefore I cannot help because the "help" you are looking for is futile and I never waste my time employing useless solutions to real-world problems. There are a BILLION thieves out there looking to make some easy money off of idiots and the world has a limitless supply of idiots and the scammers know this and will never stop their actions.
You report them, they get banned, the scammer gets another email address and creates another account on YouTube. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. The scammers have access to an unlimited supply of email addresses, therefore.........You can never win.

They will sell , lock in profit and go short on world market. Give a green light to Russians to notch up the rhetoric and cover in the ensuing stock mayhem

However , everyone seems to be a millionaire here and they get 20 times more bangs for their buck because of the great dollar game played by the fed allowing cheap goods from around the world and cheap oil . I mean in which other country a 400 lbs woman calls herself a princess and drives a BMW convertible without doing much work ?

If you click on the scammer, his page opens up. Then there is a flag icon to report them.
