You are not shaming anyone, you are being very kind and understanding of people's circumstances. Don't listen to all the negative. You will never be able to please them.

Thank you Greg for your thoughtfulness and kindness

Jim Cramer’s investing club is $150 and he loses you money. $3 is perfectly reasonable but it’s a rough time and a lot of people are strapped for cash

It’s not shaming people. If anything it’s pointing out how many are really struggling. Are people kind of starting to wake up? We have an entire demographic of Americans who have struggled for YEARS now. That’s not by accident. 🤦‍♀️

I spend my pennies on worthwhile things, and not for the stock market- I watch Greg for other info. I am 67- live off a small social security check, live in one room with no stove or heating vent, but do have rats. I still work 12 hours every day for the people putting out a newsletter for free that over 100 million people read every day internationally. I am the most read and trusted journalist on the planet, but due to the revolutionist nature of volatile content, I am not high exposure. Been incarcerated almost four years because of my work.

I have absolutely no respect for those who buy, trade, or sell on the market. They are rich fucks who are too lazy to work for their money. I don't need Greg's info so much as I do the forty bucks. I have scores of sources for my info.

Oh, and do you know everyone’s life? I’ve watched the past few years people using food banks. Are they giving gift cards out for fast food places at the food banks? This is a perfect example of why we are where we are.

Everyone spends money where they find value. Trust me, I've been poor most of my life. God blessed my family. I bless others. So yes, save the spare change. Find ways to cut out expensive phone bills or eating out. It's possible!

Yes I actually do know that 99.9% of Americans waste money on absolutely nothing. “Favts are stubborn things.” Ronald Reagan

I'm sure they could find ways to save $3 A FREAKING MONTH! Give me a damn break.

I agree I buy no fast food in fact. It’s a waste of money as far as I’m concerned. But yes there is ABSOLUTELY a demographic of Americans that have been forgotten and they’re not out buying fast food etc……I’m sure elderly/disabled Americans would prefer not standing in food lines and much prefer to go the store. Yes I’ve seen and heard of this happening all the time. Period. Yeah, like I said an entire demographic of Americans totally forgotten. Many working Americans are feeling what it really means not to get a cost of living adjustment.

And I'm 100% sure the poorest ones aren't online watching Gregory!

I've deployed to countries that make our poorest people seem rich! We Americans don't know what abject poverty is. We did during the Depression but even you mentioned that food banks and SNAP are there. Those nations get zero help unfortunately. And please don't misunderstand me. I'm not saying there's no poor people in America. They aren't interested in this material so that's a red herring argument!

The poorest Americans are not watching Greg? Quite an assumption. Seems you know a lot about everyone. So only rich people watch Greg?

I’ve been watching for over a decade on what’s taking place in America. Actually warned if steps were not taken people would end up suffering. That suffering is here now. Most Americans have absolutely no clue how the system works in regards to “the poorest Americans”, I’m talking Americans who are elderly/disabled. The system has not been fixed in decades. Thats NOT by accident that’s intentional. That’s why you are seeing people in there 70, 80’s going back to work. You should really look into how corrupt the system truly is. It’s out there for anyone who cares to take time and look. Problem is no one wants to look.

As my earlier comment included. I do not watch Greg for stock market info, I watch him for world events and another perspective for my newsletter I send out for free daily. I have never been interested in investment my whole life. I work for money, and I work unpaid, living in poverty.

Stock market is for lazy fucks who have money and want more, but don't want to take effort to earn it. I have zero respect for those who invest or buy, sell, and trade.

I don't think it is shaming anyone; however, I do think that you should continue to offer your newsletter WITHOUT paying $3, like it is now. You're going to have scammers no matter what you do and $3 is not going to deter them, but it MIGHT deter others who really cannot or will not pay $3 a month...OR maybe they just don't want to put their financial information out on Substack. Money is going to get tighter and when push comes to shove, paying $3 a month to listen to someone on Substack is not going to be at the top of someone's priority list. No offense.

It's more important that people be able to hear your message rather than trying to CONTROL the bots and scammers. That is just my opinion.

And as a case in point for why people may not want to give their financial information to Substack, here is a good article from the Solari Report.

I think you are simply dealing with the trolls who are always looking for a way to make you stop what you are doing. Even if people don't agree with you all the time you are still putting yourself out there every day trying to help people. If people don't appreciate that, well, there are plenty of paid sites to go to. Keep up the good work.
