The love of money is the root to all evil Greg. God is very clear about that. And the very fact there is FIAT MONEY FED SYSTEM which is TREE with a ROOT of PURE EVIL. Why its so easy for the avg man to sell out to the darkness and take off easy payoffs. As long as there is a ROOT to EVIL like the fed man will always sell out. Heck even before the FED and central banks. Judas sold out for thirty pieces of silver
Greed is what causes oligarchs to usurp control of a treasury and of a government. Greed is what prompts politicians and bureaucrats to corrupt the laws of their country. When people will do anything for money they can be bribed and they can be hired to kill. Rottenfeller defined greed when he shared his philosophy "competition is a sin." "For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows." 1 Timothy 6:10 KJV
Maybe…..Depends on your def.. of greed; As long as it doesn’t harm others or yourself or your relationships or you aren’t breaking legal or moral laws, a little greed could be ok….it is a powerful motivator to better yourself, and possibly others, as long as it is kept in check.
Greed is what got us to this point today. The movies and the media were preparing the citizens. The 1980's was high inflation and excesses in every aspect of our society, especially entertainment. The FED is very good at PERCEPTION MANAGEMENT! In the past, this was called "brain washing." Today it is called "gaslighting. ALL OF IT IS PERCEPTION MANAGEMENT SO EVERYONE CAN FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD!
That difference is called...'The Love of Money"..........You will either love the one(money) and hate the other(God) or you will despise the one(love of money, not money itself) and follow the other(God)
Well that all depends greed can be used as a driver for good or evil? You can be greedy but very generous to others to assist with their needs like food and shelter. But then their is greed for yourself and that is a big NO.
There is an important distinction which is not being made here.
There is personal self interest which ambiguously is often called greed by those who have not thought deeply on it.
One must have this if one is to survive, propagate and thrive, at a bare minimum it is called a survival instinct and we would be screwed without it. This is also based in the long-term beneficial growth of self and others. When one has surplus they can provide opportunities for others, when one is lacking they seek to attain a goal which they have not reached. These create growth, personal and material.
You always start with your own security, followed shortly by building up sufficient resources, then others. This applies to personal growth as much as it applies to material growth.
Then on the other side, we also have what is most commonly known as 'avarice', which is the coveting of material things, people, places, or ideas to the exclusion of all things, including life itself. Where more is never enough, where destructive chaos is just a means to get more, and deceit and lies are just a means to continue doing so without others holding you to account.
The latter type of people, are evil in the classic sense of the word because they have willfully blinded themselves through repeated acts and choices, engaging in their own self-violation, and ultimate destruction just as a matter of time.
False justification is one form of the most common acts in self-violation, and perception requires there to be some resistance to doing something that is wrong to then alert to that fact and course correct. Evil people don't see that what they are doing is wrong, and have no resistance it most typically involves causing or withholding benefit, indirectly or directly in a way that is prepare-able and with intent.
When one tries to justify the unjustifiable they are in fact engaging in a greater act of evil both against themselves, and for those who will come later and become their victims when they have fallen to truly evil depths and cannot stop themselves.
This includes system's where the outcome was designed for destructive purposes, but the alerting or contentious parts are isolated into only a few people who are rotated or change out often, where no one knows the outcomes of their small piece of the action, and the rest of them all believe they are just doing their job. This for the most part is largely what the Nazi's did.
Evil people do not course correct because they don't see themselves having done anything wrong, and that comes in many forms. Those that support evil, and have no resistance to doing evil, even in part, are evil because 'evil' as it is most objectively viewed, is any act that does not result in the beneficial growth of self or others.
Fanatics are often the most evil of people, because of their willfully acquired blindness which has no cure.
Toleration of others beliefs, is an important part in guarding oneself from falling to evil, except in cases where one lets evil grow and by extension allows destruction to grow, where this is based in actual acts against other people, and not some false claim, belief, or even neutral situations (which is not harmless) such as an absence of malice (i.e. the storyline of a movie with similar name where this is demonstrated aptly).
Most people are not taught how to properly recognize evil, and often are induced and become evil themselves over time as a result.
Greed is not good. Humility, Generosity and love are the keys to success
you sound like a communist to me
Communists don’t have any good principles.

Greed is good when you share the Wealth, like Robin Hood lol
Has greed started to slow the velocity at which money is printed?
It cheapens money so that you have to print more to get more & then it’s too inflated

Greed is very good. It is what makes capitalism go without greed, there would be no innovation.
Big difference between seeking prosperity and greed, former is good latter leads to death..
God Bless
