Gold and silver made a nice run at the beginning of the Ukrainian war. We will find out soon enough.

On Friday (before the new war) respected metals analyst Ed Steer wrote:

"The commercial traders of whatever stripe have been moving heaven and earth to get as minimum short as possible in the COMEX futures market, particularly in the precious metals and copper, over the last couple of weeks — and now that it is “mission accomplished”…all we can do is sit back and wait to see if this is now the time that the powers-that-be decide to pull the pin."

Exactly. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Israel launch some air strikes on Iran, especially where it enriches uranium.

About oil. There may be plenty of oil in the world, but we ain't getting it. BRICS+ has plenty but they are trading it among themselves. If the U.S. wants any we'll ultimately need to pay in gold, and we don't have any. Meanwhile, the Biden administration is doing all it can to stop oil and gas production in the U.S. I'm most aware of the $25,000,000 program to plug "abandoned" wells in Kansas. The KCC is seizing the wells without knowing if they can produce or not and without regard to the minerals owners or the equipment owners. Of course, this is small potatoes compared to cutting off the North Slope of Alaska for drilling. Again meanwhile, the Chinese government is encouraging their people to convert their yuan to gold - even if it's only one gram at a time. What the hell is this country doing?

Speaking of debt, I just went to an Indian pow-wow here in Berkeley (my great-grandmother was Cherokee, BTW) and at the fry-bread booth there were two lines. One line was for credit card holders only and had 28 people in it. The other line was cash-only and had just two people in it. One of them was me -- a fry-bread strawberry shortcake! So good. But still. I wasn't getting further into debt. People in the other line were. Thanks, Greg.

I would love to try it. I enjoy tasting cuisine from all over the world. The most exotic meat I've tasted was Australian saltwater crocodile cooked by the Aboriginal tribe I visited when on a holiday there many years ago. It was delicious!

There is something very instructive in what you observed for all of us!

Not only that but I wasnt aware that strawberry frybread shortcake was a thing!

Ben Shapiro, a proud Jewish-American patriot and conservative political pundent must be incredibly frustrated that Biden / America has funded Hamas to increasingly terrorize Israeli citizens. Boy oh boy. I look forward to hearing if Ben covers it, and how he will go about it. For some reason, he did not cover the Canadian Parliament's clapping and cheering that Ukrainian former SS-Galicia nazi WWII veteran. Putin mentioned that incident at his recent Valdai summit speech and Q&A. I am still pissed off at Ben Shapiro for not covering that uncomfortable event for the collective West.

The world is a stage.

yes, that's exactly how I see it. Central bankers rule the world. National leaders are puppets, and all wars are orchestrated. The people ruling over us keep nations divided and deliberately create enemies, so they can kick off a war as needed. Citizens slaughter each other. Central bankers get wealthier as they enslave nations with more debt. It's all a puppet show.

it's a sick show and you are right on.....populations are the ones that are being slaughter, so the elites can obtain more....since the beginning of time...things have not changed..just the weapons have..

I cannot disagree with the thesis put forth. But who do you think started the war? What would be the purpose to have a war in Israel? Think about this, the book of revelation circles around Israel. I guess no one reads the Good Book or history because this would be the last place on earth I would want to see a war in today's age. It almost sounds like a conspiracy theory. Do you think there is a real conspiracy where the U.S. government is that stupid?

According to the book of Daniel in chapter 11 it says the king of the north (Turkey) will overtake Jerusalem. After Jerusalem falls probation closes and the 7 last plagues will fall and Jesus will come.

Expand full comment

Please consider--in the Old Testament the king of the north was literal Babylon. We are told in 1 Corinthians 10:11:

“Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.”

Literal Babylon (local) is the “type.” Spiritual Babylon (global), the anti-type, will behave similarly.

Consider the pattern laid out in Daniel 3--Nebuchadnezzar did not like the future God revealed to him in Daniel two, so he created an event to have world leaders honor his view of events rather than God’s. Consequently, the world was called to worship in a manner that violated God’s law, specifically the first two Commandments.

Turkey does not fit this pattern. Look for a global entity that is a system of worship calling the world to honor a lie, just as Nebuchadnezzar did.

Remember, fear was used in Daniel 3 as a driving factor. This will ultimately lead this world to the mark of the beast crisis. We just went through a mock dry run to see how people will react. Climate change is the Trojan horse through which this crisis will finally come. It is being setup right now before our eyes.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 KJV

The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

Blessings.

Thank you Gary for your comment. When we look at Daniel 11 though we see literal events, and they are well detailed events. When events are literally described we must continue to understand the prophecy literally, unless symbols are employed throughout the whole chapter then yes we can say it is symbolically speaking. In Daniel 11 we are looking at the geographical locations of these Kings and after Greece was divided into 4 kingdoms which were ruled by Alexander the Great's 4 generals we can see that the two kingdoms of Greece, North and Souht had swallowed up the other directions of the East, and West. So we look at the King of the North now and the territory that it holds and that would be the country of Turkey.
