Every commodity is like that. There is no competition with US treasuries. Treasuries have beaten every single commodities including gold and silver over decades and decades
ETFs are meaningless. Their prices bear little relationship to the "underlying asset". You can't convert an ETF holding directly into anything but fiat dollars. If an ETF goes broke, you get nothing. We may as well set up an ETF for canned cockroaches. By the way, Greg, do have any thoughts about being self-sufficient in the event of an everything crash?
Honestly, the best commodity ETF is GSG. Don't take my word for it, plot it on a chart against all the others over various time frames - 1 year, 5 year, 10 year, max.....
lets not forget natural gss UNg Unl also 2x crude oil bull etf UCO
Natural Gas is doing terrible right now. Hard to believe...
I think oil is going below 60 50
if it does its a gift
PDBC has a 12%+ dividend
I chatted with PDBC. Be careful; they pay out once a year and out of their net assets. Right now the net assets about equals the stock price.

Greg, what about WTI offshore
Thanks GM
I like BCI it paid a 20% dividend last Dec.
Way to old for this kind of investment. I'll stick with Gold and Silver in my possession. It's touchable. Ed K
I have possession of silver, but not gold. My thought was that if shat ever hit the fan and I needed to buy something... who would make change?
Hell, there would so many people , businesses, coin shops, stores, individual for trade. You would have no problem with Silver. No worries.!! Ed
Thank you. Greatly appreciated
Gm as of right now 12/2/23 all these stocks are low. I need to see if the are really worth buying. Why are commodities going down?
Opec meeting wont have an effect on oil prices. Commodities are controlled by BlAckRock as is the whole matket.
Much appreciated.
