To be clear, the reason *I* am not supporting any efforts to return this country to a sound monetary system through the justice system is *not* because I love and/or trust the System -- it's because **I understand** *the US Justice System* **cannot be trusted**.
While we may have "the Law" on our side when it comes to our country's currency, referring to the Constitution, what good is counting on that Law to back us up if the Powers-That-Shouldn't-Be don't abide by it?
The solution is not found in the people bringing a "lawful" case before a non-law-abiding justice system. It is only found in the people *withdrawing their consent* to abide by that which is unlawful (and more specifically immoral).
So, what does that look like?
In this case, here in America, people need to STOP using US DOLLARS as much as possible and develop alternate ways & means' of exchange and engage in them.
And the "people" that I'm talking about in particular are those of us who recognize what is going on with this debt-based monetary system.
From what I can see, this is what needs to happen.
The PTSB are NOT going to implement a stronger currency -- they are NOT going to keep interest rates high -- they *don't want* a strong economy.
So, we have to shift the conversation from talking about what the PTSB "need to do" (when it is abundantly clear they are not going to do that) to what we, the people, who have a clue about all of this, need to do.
Can we please have this discussion? What other ways & means of exchange can we reasonably engage in? How do we do that on a practical level? What are people doing now? What's working? What's not working? Let's talk about this, please.
The government is just the 'armed gang' that most people are afraid would takeover in the absence of government. Absolutely withdraw consent... rescind your contracts - Pro Se the scoundrals individually. Title 42 USC Section 1983 removes their qualified immunity. Greg (w/ 1/4-million followers) could make a WAY bigger stink for TPTB than you or I - while enlightening others to how the system is built on corporate constructive fraud.
