With the Federal Reserve action, the extreme volatility may be delayed until the new President takes office. Meanwhile, the U.S. is already drowning in debt like the Titanic.

I observed higher rates, lower home prices and vice versa before the last few years where higher rates and higher home prices happened at the same time.
