- Purposely kept at minimum, e.g.: $20K. Kept low because it can become worthless overnight
HARD ASSETS:
- Among others, a large amount silver
UNEXPECTED SCENARIO:
- Your car pukes and you need a new one that cost $50K
- You must sell $40K of silver at a suppressed low price putting a big dent into your holdings (NOT GOOD)
- You buy your new car for $50K and have $10K in the bank
ANOTHER UNEXPECTED SCENARIO:
- You need your entire roof replaced which cost $30K, Etc...
