Although the market rebounded today we will have to see if it can sustain these gains on Wednesday. This could be the beginning of a prolonged Bear bounce or a one day event. If it is a Bear Bounce, ride it until you break even on current losses and then get out of Dodge like Greg did. Its not gonna last long. That's what I'm gonna do.

I don't think Bitcoin is finished dumping yet. It still hasn't broken its local trendline. Price is also going up on decreasing volume. That's telling me that no one wants to buy at those prices sooo.. price should drop.

It's gotta break above the local trendline #1 at least. Otherwise, it's still technically in a downtrend.

Idk what’s going on but I’m hearing about couples arguing over vehicles, money, and houses. Strange. People have so much they’re arguing over all of it and what they want to buy from their part of the wealth accumulated. The fake wealth accumulated by the real estate bubble. The happiest people seem to have a job and income. I live in a community property state.

The problem is that a house is unrealized wealth until it is sold.

Stock market reminds me of my birthday parties at Chuck E Cheese with a look alike of Miss Molly from Romper Room:

It is just jumping up and down on a trampoline eating pizza.

Invest in GOOD SOLID companies. My personal belief is buying PHYSICAL ASSETS for example:

Mosaic

Potash

Vulcan Materials

Archer Daniels Midland

US Foods

Yamana Gold

Physical Silver, Platinum, Gold (Yes, fine Jewelry also can be used for bartering)

Rental Property in depressed currencies (Vietnam, Colombia, Malaysia, and Mexico)

Cash is king for now. Once Feds hit their 3.2% Fed Fund rate goal, they'll announce "success!" (before deflation gets too out of hand, of course) and QE will start again with quickly dropping 2y TY and Fed rates. Markets will explode (commodities, gold, and crypto included), cash will flood in right as DXY hits its highest value, and will be used to rapidly pay down $ denominiated corp/federal debt. All nations attempting to pay down their own $ denominated debt with their currency will be forced to exchange for all this REALLY expensive paper keeping the $ value propped up, while making them much poorer as the debt "value" in their currency will absolutely explode in real cost. US Markets reset. That tidal wave will be a big one i believe.

There is no "one" good strategy. There are a billion good strategies and yours is one of them. Strategies are tailored to the individual. If it fits your goals and personality type then it's a good strategy for you.

I would use your exact strategy if I were in the equities markets. I can't use your strategy because I'm in crypto and crypto pumps without warning so I kinda have to be in positions most of the time.

You're doing good 👍😃

I like your logic. It's all about capital preservation at this point. We all know we are in a deepening recession and that people are cutting back. The job losses have just started. The worst is yet to come.
