Bitcoin is stuck in a s/r zone and has to either break out of it and/or break the trendline by June 16th. If Bitcoin decides to go lower we could be waiting until August-December before it hits bottom.

Greg, What are thoughts on the HUGE expansion of reverse repos since early 2021. Gammon did a white board on it yesterday. I'm interested in hearing your take on the situation. Perhaps you covered it in the past and I missed it. I watch most of your content but occasionally miss one or FF through some. The low-hanging fruit explanation is that has to do with Basel 3 requirements regarding the Feds balance sheet. Seems too extreme to satisfy those stipulations. Wondering if it has more to do with pushing counter-party risk onto the banks.
There has been a bit said about this lately. Its another example of how the FED uses the big banks to clear securities. That’s a pretty simplistic analysis, but we all must keep in mind that the FED are paper-hanging shylocks. The end justifies means.
