Greg - your free Narrative of “how to become debt free and successfull” is amazing.

I CALLED each credit card company today to cancel all reoccurring payments and to only pay only $5 a month until Im back up on my feet..

Can’t wait to make the calls with an offer of 25% of total balance in 6 months and become hopefully debt free. Thanks man you have no idea who much we value you.

And we always remember, to love each other, treat people with respect, and be charitable!

i did that a few years ago. Due to severe health issues which bankrupted me (without filing, though I almost did!), i won a settlement, then called each and every single credit card company i owed and offered x amount, after i was already paying 5.00 a month. most took a settlement, about two or three did NOT.... i also offered to pay in full, my college debt, and that was declined because my disability lasted longer than the three years the fed govt requires in order for a person to be able to even receive that offer.. in the end. i was left with a very, very small amount but i didn't touch it.. and i have since kept adding.. a dollar here, two dollars here..literally! it is true that EVERY PENNY COUNTS... ! it truly does add up....

Sorry to hear about your health issues :(

Glad Greg’s advice though has helped you as well!

Quick question for you - when you called the credit card company to offer a settlement who did you ask to speak with? I’m wondering who has the legal authority to have that conversation with us. Any advice i greatly appreciate! Thanks

i actually did that BEFORE i even knew who greg was! i got the advice from a couple of different people... what i did personally, was i first explained WHAT i wanted to do and most of the time, i was transferred to either something called debt-relief department? i think that was the name or, i was passed on to someone who actually COULD help me. secondly, something i was told by a lawyer to do was to pay 5.00 per month so that any company you owed, could not say you were not paying.. i think it was called a good faith payment?? i cannot recall at the moment.. it was something like that. i think you wrote that greg had advised in his book, settling on around 25%, to pay off the credit card. i think i did haggle with a few companies like that but there were a couple of times that the debt was so old and such a small amount to them, not me, but to the company, they just blew it off. i believe one amount was around 200.00 and the other was somewhere in that ballpark... if you are feeling discouraged,,don't be! MOST companies WANT to work with you..... if you are not getting anywhere with a particular person and you have gone up the chain, or was switched to another department, just call back! i cannot tell you how many times i did that. but you may not be where i was at. i think i owed around 11 (or more?) credit card companies.! remember, think MARATHON, not SPRINT in dealing with these people.. in the end, they are happy to pretty much get anything! happy hunting!

We must invest in the type of future we want. I want to support Gregory as he has knowledge to help us do this and rebel against the powers that be. Certainly if Redit can rise up and shake the earth than the time is now for us to do the same. Vote with your dollars!!! Its the only thing the financial structure respects.

SLV looks bullish. I hope /GC follows /SI. I've been loosing on /GC in the last few months and did not hedge.

Are you trading futures or options?

Are you below water on /GC? You could liquidate a little of /GC and use those funds to hedge.

If it was me though I would leave /GC alone because it looks like it's moving up also, just not as fast as /SI.

I have a small lost on /GC. I was buying the dips so that helped with minimizing the loses. I need /GC to go up some so I can roll April 27 spread out in time.

I've been trading /GC and /SI. I added extremely long dated SLV right before the close.

Don't worry, you'll be ok. /SI and /GC are going to go up. It's the law of economics that when nations live beyond their means they sooner or later will have to Pay the Piper and gold and silver will go up.

Now if youre trading futures, that's another thing. When trading options you can take huge drawdowns, but with futures you can't. I always have 6 tick stops on futures contracts, but I never use stops on options. Hope you're doing ok.

Bravo Greg! Go for your dreams because fulfilling your dreams are the only things that will make you happy.

I decided to start a "Trading Club" with my neighbors. I earned us a "realized" profit of 158% in three months. I chose the trading club to avoid the regulatory issues with becoming a fund such as me having to become an Registered Investment Advisor, registering with regulatory agencies and meeting their requirements etc.

I will start a fund when I get better at trading.

Go for your dreams and do not stop.
