Going to grab a $10 call. Looks like we buying ITM. I think Greg is buying as price is down to news of scrutiny on loan, most likely an overreaction by market.
Oops, correction; I meant, One needs to enable "options", in the robinhood platform, once the account is open, for "options" trading to be added to robinhood's interface.
10 dollars is the strike price. The inherent value needs to be reached by the underlying security (kodk) going over 10 dollars over and above the premium paid for the option before the expiration (Jan 15 2021).
Options are traded in groups of 100. In essence you are renting a security in groups of 100 and need the security to reach above the strike (10) for calls the difference between the security going above the strike (10) is the inherent value profit. Then the option can either be exercised or is usually just traded in the open market.
Look up how to trade the different option strategies mainly calls, puts, and vertical spreads.
Thank you very much, that was greatly articulated, precise and concise. It is a whole different and, in my opinion, a fun entertaining ball game. Great to learn all the different option strategies. I will continue learning and studying what I learn, I've been learning all I can these past few days.
Hit my sell order already! I am out at a 12% gain....Thanks Greg!
oops miscalculated...make that 17%

I'm sorry for the ignorant question here, but, what does $10 or any dollar "calls" mean?
It's the strike price - look up Trade Game on youtube for Greg's old channel where he quickly gives an overview of options.
Thank you
One cannot buy call options in Robinhood app, can I? Or where do I go to buy call options?
Never used Robinhood but I believe they have options. Most popular brokers do.
Yes, thank you, it is a sign up options once the account is open. Thanks again.

I've tried Robhinhood. Shitty platform. Look elsewhere.

Am coffee long @ 111.70
Looking good for everyone still holding! 🤑
Thanks Greg, I jumped on KODK calls too!!!
Got in @ 4.6 and have sell orders @ 5.25. No balls I know 😅
No, that's fine. That would be a 14% profit for just holding onto it for 1-2 hours.
Bought Kodk and AMD as well.
Looks like a great day trade LIONS
The limit price is to high for me. Shit.
Isn't Kodak 10.29 right now?
Can I ask why? A rumor that they will change their minds and still give KODK the loans??
