Yes, the first half of that "x" already occurred over America in Sept 23, 2017. The next leg of the x arrives on April 08, 2024 signifying America IS DONE! Folks need to turn to God real quick like.
I can only surmise that it's people who "inherited" dogs from others or otherwise consider them a burden. Most dog owners treat their pet as a full member of the family, and truly their best friend. I would easily choose to feed my own dog before some other strangers I have no connection to. Human vs animal doesn't even factor into the equation for me.
If you think that’s bad ... what about low- life people who are talking their parents into selling their houses and moving in with them only to take their $ and throw them out in 2 weeks to sink or swim!!!! That’s happening too! I hear people tell me their own daughters threw them out after taking all their $ ? Now they have no house . Sad times for dogs and people and it’s happening a lot but everything is just great you know!
Losing money in the market sucks, paying more at the supermarket/gas station bites,but seeing an innocent dog or cat trapped in a cage due to no fault of their own hurts the soul... another curse cast by politicians and central bankers
I'm sure a lot of deep thought and emotions came prior to these people giving up the family pet. And it's only just beginning. Things are going to get much much worse.

I stated back in 2017, right around summer, that if anyone had ANY PETS they loved, they better start thinking about HOW they were going to keep them. I kept saying it and recently, as in Saturday, I met a woman, retired, who told me that she had also tried telling people to cut back in order to STOCK UP.. no one listened to her. She and her husband starting preparing last year for making sure they had enough food for their dog. They are at about 1 1/2 years worth.
As mean as this sounds, there are thousands of people who knew WHAT was coming. They just didn't WANT it to. You can't have it both ways. If people keep telling you a storm is coming you don't wait until ten minutes before it appears on the horizon and then start screaming for help.
I WOULD LIVE OUTSIDE IN A CARDBOARD BOX BEFORE I WOULD GIVE UP MY DOGS...

Wait til the horses at stables start being abandoned. As the feed prices skyrocket and then become scarce, these animals will be abandoned and worse.
Not likely as horses are very expensive to own/stable and those people have the money to afford higher prices.
